Pillar engineering was founded by Kyle Hooper, PE to provide economical, efficient engineering services in the coastal bend area.

We provide residential and commercial structural designs, foundations, retaining walls, boat lifts, metal building designs, aircraft hanger designs, multi-family housing projects, windstorm engineering & inspections. We also provide civil services including paving and grading plans, hydraulic runoff designs, and utility plans.
