Kyle Hooper
Project Engineer

Kyle is a project engineer for Pillar Engineering, LLC. He received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University Kingsville in 2010. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah, as well as an Appointed Qualified Inspector with the Texas Department of Insurance (AQI), and a private pilot license holder. He has over ten years of engineering experience. Kyle has affiliations with the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Wood Council, National Home builders Association, Texas Home Builders Association, Coastal Bend Home Builders Association (CBHBA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and the Experimental Aircraft Association. He currently serves as vice president for the CBHBA. He formerly served as the technical advisor on The City of Corpus Christi Technical Advisory Committee for the Unified Development Code. Kyle is an entrepreneur at heart with a growth mindset. He delivers custom solutions to each client with constructibility, economics, and project time lines at the forefront. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family at their favorite restaurant (CASH Cafe), traveling, flying, and just about every type of sport.
